Ear Halo Instructions

1.)                  Clean ears with alcohol to remove any oily residue.

2.)           Place Ear Halo on dog’s head and measure from the base of the inside of ear , up and over the outer wire of the Ear Halo, and back down to the middle back of ear.

3.)            Cut a piece of tape the length you have just measured.

4.)           Pour & apply adhesive onto tape.

5.)             Spread the adhesive on tape with your finger. Be sure the tape is totally covered with adhesive.

6.)             Press the  tape firmly into the ear.  This will secure the Ear Halo on your dog. The more glue you use, the more secure & longer it will stay on.

7.)            Pull the tape up from the inside of the ear, up and over the top of the Ear Halo frame (figure A & B), and back down the other side to middle of back of ear (Figure C).

8.)             Press this end of the tape into a small amount of adhesive on back of ear to keep in place. If there isn’t enough adhesive or if it has dried too much, apply more adhesive over the end of tape already on the ear. Be sure to pull the tape up tightly to extend the ear upright, so the ear will heal straight.

9.)            Repeat the process with the other ear, making sure you have the ears even so the Halo sits squarely in the middle of the head. The Ear Halo will stay secure on your dogs head from the pressure pulling the ears up, while pulling the ear halo down and secure on the dogs head.

10.)       That’s it… Your all done.
